Since my country is still relatively backward in the production and development of carbon fiber materials, high-quality carbon fiber materials still rely on imports from Japan and South Korea, so the price remains high, but with the emergence of domestic joint ventures and cooperation forms, carbon fiber is the core technology. Products have entered the homes of ordinary consumers.
The application of carbon fiber products in heating is divided into many forms. For example, short fiber and chopped fiber are usually used in heating products such as "carbon crystal" and "floor heating film". Graphite products are widely used in early heating films. In addition to being used in heating, membrane products are also widely used in water heaters and industrial equipment constant temperature environment protection.
At present, carbon fiber heating products include: floor heating and heating systems for homes, including dry-laying floor heating products, suitable for composite wood floors, solid wood composite floors, and PVC floor leather. Wet floor heating products, suitable for tiles and marble floors. There are also air duct products suitable for transforming the heating effect of the central air conditioner. After the transformation, the heating method that uses oil and electricity as the auxiliary heat source is more commonly used to save energy by 30-50%. It is suitable for newly installed and retrofitted air conditioners. Installation cost is low in use cost. For engineering yoga room, sauna room, health bed, football field and ski resort snow melting cable, solar heating cable, etc.
The carbon fiber heating wire heating system is a complete and standardized modern household electric heating system. It is mainly composed of carbon fiber heating wires, thermostat (sensor) wires, etc. The thermostat automatically regulates and heats the carbon fiber heating element, providing comfortable, hygienic, healthy, convenient and economical heating energy.
1. Excellent performance of carbon fiber heating element
Carbon fiber is a new type of high-performance fiber-reinforced material, with high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, creep resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity and many other excellent properties. It reduces the weight of the component, thereby improving the technical performance of the component. Therefore, using carbon fiber as an electric heating body has many excellent properties that are unmatched by metal, PTC and other electric heating bodies:
1. The temperature rises rapidly. It can produce the light of life far infrared 8μm-15μm needed by the human body.
2. High electrothermal conversion efficiency, saving electricity. The carbon fiber electric heating body is a full black body material, the electrothermal conversion efficiency is 30% higher than that of metal heating, and the electrothermal efficiency is about 100%.
3. High tensile strength.
Under the same allowable current load area, the strength of carbon fiber is 6-10 times higher than that of metal wire, and it will not break during use, so the tensile strength does not change during the electric heating process.
4. There is no arc when the line is broken, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of fire.
5. Light weight, effectively reduce the weight of components, thereby improving the technical performance of components.
6. Stable chemical properties (corrosion resistance, not easy to be oxidized). When heated to 3000 degrees in an oxygen-free state, its mechanical properties do not change, and in the electric heating state, it overcomes the shortcomings of low strength and easy oxidation and burnt of metal wires, PTC, and silicon carbide electric heating bodies.
7. Long service life - the carbon fiber heating element has the same life as the building.
