What is silicone wire?

Silicone high temperature wire has excellent high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance performance, excellent high pressure resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and long service life. Instructions for use: The insulation is made of silicone rubber, and the colors are: white, red, black, blue, green, yellow, translucent, etc. Long service life, soft and easy to install. Widely used in lighting fixtures, household appliances, electric heating appliances, instrumentation, motor lead wires and high temperature wire environments such as electronics, lamps and dyeing tools.

Feature
Insulation: Silicone Rubber
Single or stranded bare copper or tinned copper wire (0.08mm-0.4mm for tinned copper wire)
Flame retardant UL: VW-1, Electrical Appliances Safety Act: -F-
The rated temperature of the silicone wire is relatively high, basically up to 150℃~300℃, and the rated voltage is about 600V. The silicone rubber is used as the insulating material, and the insulating thickness is uniform, which is convenient for peeling and cutting.
Take UL3239 as an example
Rated temperature is 150℃
The rated voltage is 3KV-50KV DC voltage;
Standards: UL758, UL1581 and CSA C22.2 NO.210.2, IEC60754-2, RoHS
Conductor use 28-10AWG single or stranded bare copper or tinned copper wire
Silicone rubber insulation Uniform insulation thickness for easy peeling and cutting Pass FT2 level
Combustion test application: used for internal connection lines of electronic and electrical equipment, such as motors, etc.
